Services

Animio Studio provides animation and video production services as described on this website and in your written estimate. The scope, price, payment schedule and timeline of each project are confirmed in writing before work starts.

Prices

Prices on this website are starting prices in US dollars. Your written estimate is the final price for your project.

Revisions

Every package includes unlimited revisions within the agreed scope. We review your feedback at each stage (script, storyboard, audio and animation) and keep refining until you approve that stage. A change that alters what was already approved or agreed, such as a new script after the script was approved, a longer video or a different style, is a change of scope and may be estimated separately before we do it.

Approvals

Each stage starts once the previous stage is approved by you in writing, by email is fine. Please send feedback from one person, in one message per round, so nothing gets lost.

Payment

Payments are due as set out in your estimate. We may pause work while a payment is overdue.

Ownership and usage

Once your project is paid in full, you may use the final delivered video anywhere for your business, without time limit. Stock assets, licensed music and voice recordings are used under their own licences, which we choose so that they cover your use. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Cancellation

You can cancel a project at any time by email. We invoice for the work completed up to that point, and fees for stages you have already approved are not refundable.
